Creating Living Memories
As our vision states, Necropolis is committed to Creating Living Memories. We believe that cemeteries are not about the deceased and preserving the past. They are about maintaining the memory of the deceased for the living. Cemeteries are special places where people are able to visit, pay their respects and continue to create living memories.

Our Living Memories symbol complements our vision of Creating Living Memories.
The outer circle symbolises a protective barrier, infinity, eternal
life, a sacred space, the circle of life/nature and the eternal
unknown. As a shape it represents the universe and the plants,
wreaths, rings and halos. Socially it represents community e.g. a
circle of friends, a sphere of interest, wedding rings.
The inner circle represents a void. The emptiness that is left
after the loss of someone close. It also represents inner
strength, the quality that we draw on in such times to see us
through transition as part of lifes journey.
precious water.
It is these elements which sustain life and in turn enable the community to create Living Memories.
